Are all these Mopar car clubs the same!? I've been looking to join a
club for 3 or 4 years now. Managed to join 1 and all they did was sit around
and talk about working on a car. Ask em for a bit of help and they all were
"busy" for the rest of their lives! All the rest of the clubs I've talked to
I ask just one question, "Do your members HELP each other work on their cars
if they need it?" I get brushed off like I was asking them to rebuild my car
for free while I sit, watch and drink beer! Mopar car clubs in the Chicago
Area just plain Suck!

Sitting around talking, eating pizza and drinking beer at the meetings
is fine. I'm all for that, but when you have members, myself included, that
get up at the meeting and say "I'm having problems with...can someone help
me?" They stare at you like you were asking for something special! Even had
one of these members ask for help once so I helped him drop in an engine.
Thought maybe he would help me when I needed it, he does interiors. Well I
decide a month or two later to test my "theory" and asked if he could
recover the center armrest for my 300 and I have the parts and every thing
he needed from Legendary. Oh, he was to busy for the rest of his life! Never
went back to that club!
