Hav an engine and tranny from my wrecked 77 rans Am, looking for a
72/73 Formula for another 77/8 Trans Am to put them in...the closer to
Michigan the better....

You oughta put a 426 Hemi, a 440, or a slant-six in that Pantycrack.

I've always heard them called a trashcan, not transam !

You oughta put a 426 Hemi, a 440, or a slant-six in that Pantycrack.

Never heard that one, although it sure fits for the later years.

That said, I sure wouldn't throw a an earlier year with a 455 SD out of
the garage for dripping oil on the floor.... :-)
